  •          Validation means confirmation by examination and provision of objective evidence that the particular requirements for a specific intended use can be consistently fulfilled. 
     

What are KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of validation engineer?

  •         Management of validation projects.
  •         Validation of manufacturing processes in compliance with EU and US requirements.  

What do VALIDATION ACTIVITIES include?

  •          Identification of the process to be validated and device(s) to be manufactured using this process.
  •          Formation of multi-functional team to plan the validation activities.
  •          Development of validation protocols with identified criteria for a successful validation.
  •          Execution of developed protocols. 
     

What are ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS for this position?

  •          Bachelor’s degree (could be undergraduate) in Engineering or Technical discipline.
  •          Planning, organizational and project management skills.
  •          Verbal and written communication skills in English & Lithuanian.
  •          Ability to work and interact with various personnel.
  •          Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office. 
     

What are DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS for this position?

  •          Basic understanding of international standards.
  •          Technical understanding of manufacturing equipment/processes.

General Manager Job Duties

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations, responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions, commit to plant safety procedures
  • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets, allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
  • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
 
Requirements

  • To have knowledge and skills of a factory manager include good leadership skills.
  • To be familiar with regulatory requirements for operating plants
  • To have good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written
  • Able to lead root cause analysis investigations
  • To possess an outstanding managerial skill.

  • Good Lithuanian, English language skills
