What does VALIDATION mean?

  •          Validation means confirmation by examination and provision of objective evidence that the particular requirements for a specific intended use can be consistently fulfilled. 
     

What are KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of validation engineer?

  •         Management of validation projects.
  •         Validation of manufacturing processes in compliance with EU and US requirements.  

What do VALIDATION ACTIVITIES include?

  •          Identification of the process to be validated and device(s) to be manufactured using this process.
  •          Formation of multi-functional team to plan the validation activities.
  •          Development of validation protocols with identified criteria for a successful validation.
  •          Execution of developed protocols. 
     

What are ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS for this position?

  •          Bachelor’s degree (could be undergraduate) in Engineering or Technical discipline.
  •          Planning, organizational and project management skills.
  •          Verbal and written communication skills in English & Lithuanian.
  •          Ability to work and interact with various personnel.
  •          Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office. 
     

What are DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS for this position?

  •          Basic understanding of international standards.
  •          Technical understanding of manufacturing equipment/processes.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Working within our Regulatory Department developing and improving our Risk Management System. The role will also include supporting the Risk Manager in ensuring that the systems used for Risk Management of products, processes and services are compliant with relevant Standards and Regulations.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have a good eye for detail and excellent analysis skills. The successful candidate should also have good communication and presentation skills as working with many departments and presenting findings will be part of this role.

Pareigos Customer Resolution and Relationships Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW
To be the main link between the quality and regulatory teams and customers globally with a focus on quickly and effectively resolving customer complaints in a balanced way to ensure that internal regulatory requirements are met whilst providing full closure to any customer issues.
The role will be supporting quality assurance, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance processes, by effectively communicating and coordinating customers’ issues resolution whilst following internal procedures and adhering to regulations.
The role will involve occasional travel to the customers, including hospitals, distributors and Intersurgical subsidiaries.
The role holder will be managing complaints coordination staff and reporting directly to the quality and regulatory senior management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

  •         Experience in industry and market
  •         Customer relationship experience
  •         Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
  •         Computer knowledge
